Automatic Spellcheck

The Spell Check tool lets you check spellings on your packaging artwork in more than 35 languages.

 Select the language in which you want to perform spell check.

Choose the Automatic spell-check option for packaging artwork that has a single language.

Our tool will initiate the spell check and display out the results under the “Output” tab. 

 Select the number next to each misspelled word to find where in the artwork the work appears.

 To view the suggested text, click on the suggestion drop-down box

 Select a suggested word given by the tool, to automatically markup on the artwork and add it as a comment.

If you want to ignore/add a misspelled word, select the ‘Ignore’/ ‘Add’ options respectively.

Click here to use the ‘Ignore All’, ‘Change All’, and ‘Add comments’ options.

 The comment you added will be visible to other users under the ‘My annotations’ panel. If you click on a particular comment, it will take you to the place on the file where the comment has been added.

The audit log records all activities performed by the users along with their names and time stamp.
